Michael spent most of his time in Academy football at Heart of Midlothian FC. When Michael left Hearts he signed for Broxburn Athletic, playing for their first team.
Michael comes from Uphall and attended St Margaret’s HS in Livingston. In early 2022 he played for Scotland Schoolboys U18s, playing against Wales, N Ireland and England in the Centenary Shield.
After a successful trial period with Dunfermline Athletic U18s, Michael was delighted to accept the offer of a 2 year contract. He made his debut as a late sub in the League Cup tie against Buckie Thistle on 12th July 2022 but as at 31/05/23 that remains his only appearance.
